Calista N Ogbu, DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC

Calista Ogbu, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, is a certified family nurse practitioner at FaithFirst Health Clinic and Urgent Care, LLC, in Temple Hills and La Plata, Maryland. Calista maintains certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner to better serve her patients.  

With many years of experience in family practice, behavioral health, and addiction treatment, Calista brings an unmatched experience to her patients and the communities she serves. Calista started her academic career at Prince Georges Community College in Largo, Maryland. There she obtained her associate’s in general studies and continued her undergraduate education at Bowie State University, also in Maryland. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). 

Calista’s desire for knowledge and expertise in nursing motivated her to return to school for her master’s at Chamberlain University in Rancho Cordova, California. With this additional level of study, Calista became a specialized nurse practitioner in family nursing.
